Workflow
+ I review the commission application and give you a notice that I'm interested in taking it. I'll inform you if I am refusing the application, too.+ I confirm the details and give you my quote.+ I accept the first half of the payment via Boosty. Other ways of accepting payment are unavailable to me right now, sorry!+ Commission taken! I give you a formal notice that I have started working on it.+ I keep you updated about my progress and make adjustments based on your feedback.+ Once the commission is ready, I request the second half of the payment.+ You receive the artwork/runtime files for the model; we go over the final adjustments.+ I will be available for assistance in setting up Vtube Studio and configuring your model for optimized performance.
Terms of Service
* Important: I can only accept payment via Boosty at the moment. Sorry for that!
1. general terms
+ I have the right to refuse any commission application.+ Commissions are not first come, first served. My decision to accept or deny the application will be influenced by whether I believe I am able to provide a quality product with the material I am given.+ Any commissioned work can be displayed by me in my portfolio and on my social media.+ Credit to me must be given in the appropriate places (that includes: within the text of a post where you repost my work, within your Twitter/SNS bio or About me page in case of Live2D Models). Credit must be accompanied with a link to one of my socials.+ No part of my work can be used for NFT.+ I am unlikely to be streaming any of my work at this time, but if you'd prefer to be sure I don't, tell me beforehand!
2. IN CASE OF a LIVE2D rigging COMMISSION
+ Client only receives the runtime files for the model. Editable file (*CMO3) will not be included.+ The model must be cut up appropriately. Refer to this amazing guide for pointers. This is a non-issue if the model is also made by me, but I may request cutting fees and permission from the original artist if it is not.+ Up to 3 revisions can be made while the rigging is in progress, and 3 more minor revisions can be made to the final version before you accept the model as finished.+ From start to finish, I require 2 to 4 weeks to finish a modeling project. This is accounting for potential timezone differences, but will stretch even more if the communication is slow!
3. IN CASE OF a LIVE2D model art+rig COMMISSION
+ Client does not receive the *PSD file of the model unless requested (for an additional fee).+ Up to 2 minor changes can be made to the artwork while it is in progress.+ From start to finish, I require 1 to 2 weeks to finish the commissioned artwork.+ Client must provide a character sheet or a front-facing illustration. If the requirement is not met, I can lead you through designing the character for an additional fee.Regarding character design commissions:+ I welcome as much detail in your description and visual reference as you are able to provide. In order to minimize the back-and-forth, make sure I perfectly understand your requests.+ Only the initial sketch will feature multiple options (general directions) for the client to pick from. For the later stages, no big revisions can be made.
4. Payment
+ I can only accept payment via Boosty at the moment. It's not PayPal, but it will have to suffice. I can walk you through the easy procedure, rest assured!+ The payment must be made in halves, one upfront, the other before you receive the files. For "art+rig" type commissions the payment can be split up further into 4 transactions.+ Refunds will not be offered. Once I formally accept a commission, I am prepared to be working on it exclusively.
